Now Open: Flying Heart Brewing in Bossier City

Louisiana’s newest craft brewery and tasting room is Flying Heart Brewing, located at 700 Barksdale Boulevard in Bossier City. Housed in a historic building that was once home to Bossier City’s Fire House No. 6, Flying Heart Brewing currently serves seven unique brews ranging "from a smooth black ale that boasts a moderate hop content to several crisp, lighter ales, each with their own distinct character." Flying Heart Brewing opened to the public on Friday, May 1, becoming Shreveport-Bossier’s third craft brewery.

The Flying Heart Brewing tasting room is open to the public each Friday and Saturday, 4-9 p.m., and brewery tours are available each Friday and Saturday at 3:30 p.m. Brewery tours cost $5 and include a pint or flight at the end of the tour. In order to visit Flying Heart Brewing, guests must be 21 or older. Please celebrate responsibly.
