The Shreveport-Bossier Convention & Tourist Bureau is the official visitor information center for visitors to Shreveport-Bossier and Caddo and Bossier Parishes. We provide information and assistance to tourists, group travel leaders, convention & meeting planners, and media.

The bureau is proud to have successfully completed the Destination Marketing Association International's (DMAI) Destination Marketing Accreditation Program (DMAP). The DMAP program developed 58 mandatory and 30 voluntary standards covering a wide variety of topics including governance, finance, management, human resources, technology, visitor services, group services, sales, communications, membership, brand management, destination development, research/market intelligence, innovation, and stakeholder relationships.
