Wine Country Bistro will present an Italian-inspired, four-course dining experience showcasing housemade pasta and locally grown ingredients at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, March 14, 2017. This 318 Restaurant Week event will be hosted by blogger Jada Durden of LovingThisLifeJada.com. Courses will include an Italian salad, tomato soup, and braised chicken with housemade beet pasta served with butternut squash, spinach and goat cheese. Dessert will be a warm bread pudding. Meal includes two glasses of wine. Cost is $50 per person with a 50-guest maximum. Wine Country Bistro is a contemporary American restaurant located at 4800 Line Avenue in Shreveport.
