Seating is not available; all meals are sold to-go.

    One of Shreveport's longest-running restaurants, Herby-K's is a seafood and sandwich joint that exudes Louisiana charm. Fresh Gulf oysters (in season), gumbo, crab claws and the famous Shrimp Buster sandwich are all local favorites. For fans of big, refreshing cocktails, the house specialty cocktail - the Pink Flamingo - is fantastic. Herby-K's was established in 1936 and is still run by members of the same family who originally opened the restaurant. In 2015, the restaurant was featured on the hit television show American Pickers.
