El Cabo Verde is a pop-up restaurant concept in the Shreveport-Bossier area featuring organic, locally sourced, authentic Mexican cuisine. Chef Gabriel Balderas prepares fresh, authentic tacos, tamales and other dishes on-site at local events, festivals, breweries and more. El Cabo Verde also sells a line of organic salsas.
