The Shreveport-Bossier City Convention & Tourist Bureau (SBCTB) will enter into cooperative marketing efforts with non-profit organizations on a case-by-case basis. Any request for funds from SBCTB under the Cooperative Printing Program must follow these general guidelines. These guidelines are general and may not pertain to all organizations; each request will be considered individually and the Review Committee of SBCTB will make the final decision. Prior to printing, the request must be approved and the Co-op Printing Contract signed. If you have any questions please contact Brandy Evans, bevans@sbctb.org or 318-222-9391. To request a copy of the application form contact Debbie Hudson, dhudson@sbctb.org or 318-222-9391.
Monetary Considerations
Provided the request falls within the Cooperative Printing Policy guidelines and the mission of the SBCTB, we will consider supporting up to 50% (a maximum of $2,000.00) of the total project per calendar year per organization.
If five (5) or more organizations wish to create joint promotional material, the monetary support from SBCTB may be increased to a maximum of $3,500 with the organizations still providing 50% of the funds of the total project per calendar year, per joint organization project.
