The memorable performance by the Louisiana native and multiple Grammy Award winner will be Friday, Dec. 19. Doors will open at 7 p.m.
and the concert will begin at 8 p.m.
Neville's unique voice and soulful music have energized concert halls for more than four decades. From his first musical success,
"Tell It Like It Is," to his most recent, critically acclaimed album, "Bring It On Home," he remains an enduringly popular artist.

If you're interested in classic performances, take a trip down memory lane via the big screen as The Robinson Film Center
presents screenings of Gone With the Wind and Mary Poppins on rare 35mm film prints - as they were originally seen in theaters - Dec. 26-28.
The Robinson Film Center will be present Gone With the Wind - starring Clark Gable and Vivien Leigh - with an intermission,
just as it was experienced by its original audiences in 1939.
The film center also will show the children's favorite Mary Poppins, starring Julie Andrews and Dick Van Dyke, Jan. 16-18, 2009.
The beloved musical tale of a magical nanny who comes to the aid of an unhappy family won five Academy Awards upon its release in 1964.
Tickets to Gone With the Wind will be available on The Robinson Film Center's website at

Texas St. in downtown Shreveport, starting Dec. 12. Tickets to Mary Poppins will be available two weeks in advance via the film center's
website and box office.
