    The Boom or Bust Byway is comprised of four parishes: Caddo, Bossier, Webster and Claiborne. The drive along the byway shows evidence of the economic booms and busts experienced by the resilient people of Northwest Louisiana.   • MEDJOY Historic Home

    Medjoy is the former residence of the President of Dodd College, a junior college for girls that operated from 1927-1942. It is on the National Register of Historic Places.
