Located in northwest Louisiana, Shreveport-Bossier is a special blend. It’s part Cajun, because of its Louisiana roots, and part Texan because of its close proximity to Texas. This meshing of cultures makes it a cultural focal point of the region known as the Ark-La-Tex.
