The Shreveport-Bossier Attractions Association, in conjunction with the Shreveport-Bossier Convention and Tourist Bureau, provides four educational opportunities a year to help local attractions grow their customer base, enhance their marketing and improve their financial outlook. SBAA members in good standing may attend the seminars free of charge. The fee for non-members is $10.
“Marketing Plan Bootcamp”

9-11 a.m. (Virtual on Zoom)
Participants will learn how to create their own marketing plans during a hands-on workshop led by Brandy Evans, vice president of communications at the Shreveport-Bossier Convention and Tourist Bureau. The program will also include information about grants offered by the Louisiana Office of Tourism and the Shreveport-Bossier Convention and Tourist Bureau.
The SBAA seminar is for tourism-related attractions such as annual events, art galleries, festivals, museums, nature centers, outdoor recreation, performing arts, and tour guides.
