Smoked for 14 hours in the Midland, Texas native's custom-built smoker, Clay's brisket is fork-tender and smoky with a perfect pink smoke ring. Real BBQ & More also serves Clay's house-made sausage, which is made using 100% brisket, as well as terrific ribs and sides.
