Streetcar Snoballs was founded in 2017 by a former New Orleanian who felt a calling to bring authentic, New Orleans-style shaved ice to her adopted community of Shreveport-Bossier. Streetcar Snoballs features a variety of regular and cream flavors, including popular New Orleans flavors like Nectar. The truck itself is decorated like a streetcar and is available for parties and events.
