Shreveport-Bossier is home to one of the most fascinating and diverse food and drink scenes in the South. From roadside Louisiana seafood joints to contemporary Hawaiian cuisine, acclaimed craft breweries, innovative farm-to-table dining experiences, and more, the northwestern corner of Louisiana is bursting with creative energy. Visiting media who are invited to participate in Eat Here: A Culinary Tour of Shreveport-Bossier will receive a crash course in what makes Shreveport-Bossier's food and drink community so special.
Media tour participants will arrive on Thursday, June 6 and depart following brunch on Sunday, June 9. Priority will be given to applicants from Shreveport-Bossier's drive markets, including cities like Dallas-Ft. Worth, Houston, Austin, New Orleans, and others. No spouses, children or traveling companions will be accommodated due to limited seating. For invited participants, costs including travel, accommodations and meals will be covered.
