Shreveport-Bossier COVID-19 update: Louisiana Governor John Bel Edwards has instituted a gradual reopening of many businesses with occupancy restrictions, enhanced sanitation, social distancing, personal protection equipment and other appropriate protection measures necessary to protect the health and safety of the people in Louisiana. Although many businesses have been approved for limited reopening, some nonessential businesses will remain closed to the public. Before you visit a business, please call to confirm that they are open, and to find out what restrictions are being enforced.

With dancing and wine in the vines, Cokes and elegant gardens, bayous and gators, Monroe-West Monroe is the place to enjoy the outdoors in Louisiana.

Landry Vineyards offers beautiful views of the grounds from the tasting room where you can sample a variety of their wines. Don’t miss their outdoor concert series in the spring and fall.  Grab a 5 cent bottle of Coca-Cola from an antique machine and stroll through Elsong Gardens at the Biedenharn Museum, home of the first bottler of Coca-Cola.
