DOWNTOWN SHREVEPORT VISITOR CENTER & BUSINESS OFFICE

The Shreveport-Bossier Convention and Tourist Bureau is the official visitor information center for Shreveport-Bossier and Caddo and Bossier parishes. Leisure travelers, groups, and media can receive information here. 

The Tourist Bureau is proud to have a DMAP (Destination Marketing Accreditation Program) certification having met more than 58 mandatory standards and 30 voluntary standards covering finance, technology, management and more. 

The Tourist Bureau manages two visitor centers - the Downtown Shreveport Visitor Center and the Shreveport Regional Airport Visitor Center.

Operating hours at the downtown office are Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday and Sunday closed. The Shreveport Regional Airport Visitor Center operating hours are Tuesday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
