Testimonials

Group tours love the personalized service that the tourism staff of the Shreveport-Bossier Convention and Tourist Bureau provides. Here is what a client had to say about his experience bringing a group to Shreveport and Bossier City.

“The Red River Mardi Gras Bash is a wonderful event, and our group enjoys all the benefits of the VIP tent party including the prime viewing spot on the parade route. We return to Shreveport-Bossier every Carnival season, because we enjoy the southern hospitality of the Tourist Bureau, casinos, accommodations and food.”

Greg Windsor, member of American Eagle HOG Chapter in Corinth, Texas

Several years ago, Erica Howard (Telsee) came to visit me with a wealth of information on things to do in the Shreveport-Bossier City area.  She has put together two wonderful trips for my senior adult group, and both were great experiences.  Erica promptly handled hotel room quotes and gave me a list of events with all the contact information. Erica provides everyone she serves with exceptional service.  I would recommend visiting the area and dealing with the tourist bureau to all group leaders searching for a great trip and working with people who are willing to go above and beyond to make your trip a great experience."

In January 2015, we had the opportunity through NTA to do a FAM trip throughout Louisiana.  Erica Howard (Telsee) from the Shreveport-Bossier Convention and Tourist Bureau joined us for part of the tour and provided us with some great information.  The group had a fabulous time.  Erica was kind enough to welcome and join the group for part of the tour and provide them with goodie bags.  Thanks Erica for all of your help in making our tour a huge success.
